Systema Software has signed a strategic alliance agreement with Instec, a provider of policy administration services and technology to the commercial property and casualty insurance industry, to offer an integrated insurance platform.
Under the strategic alliance, Systema's claims administration software, SIMS Claims will be seamlessly integrated to Instec's policy administration system Quicksolver through Web services.
The new integrated system is expected to provide comprehensive claims management and policy administration capabilities for program administrators and carriers.
Additionally, the system will enable streamlined data flow and workflow across claims and policy operations for insurers while accessing as a hosted solution through the cloud or implement it on-premises.
Systema Software CEO Jose Tribuzio said that the new strategic alliance will enable insurance companies to replace disjointed, legacy applications with an integrated platform for claims management and policy administration.
"We believe this IT strategy empowers clients to achieve operational excellence, improved financial performance, and competitive differentiation in today's market," Tribuzio added.
