ACE USA has appointed Teresa Black as senior vice president for its Distribution Management and will report to Ed Zaccaria, President, ACE USA Regional Operations.
In her new role, Black will work with ACE USA regional teams across the US and will be responsible for managing strategic broker relationships.
Black will be based in New York City and also develop plans to help drive broker relationships on a national level.
Zaccaria said: "This position is integral in helping us deliver optimum service to our brokers by providing a key point of contact, and also helping us to better track, manage and grow broker relationships across ACE USA."
In addition to serving as vice president, National Segment Leader for ACE USA's New York region, Black served as assistant vice president in the ACE Professional Risk Division.
Black has 20 years of insurance industry experience and served in an underwriting management capacity for several carriers, focusing on D&O product lines.
