Ladozhsky DSK Is Currently Setting up an Integrated Timber Industry Complex

The Russian company Ladozhsky DSK reports that it is currently setting up an integrated timber industry complex for producing cross-laminated timber, gluelam beams, and prefabricated houses in Avrovo in the Leningrad region at a cost of approximately €134m. Besides houses made of prefabricated elements, log cabins are to be manufactured in Avrovo as well. In the final stage of construction, the works will have sufficient capacity for an annual output of prefabricated houses with total floor space of 400,000 m². The prefabricated houses are to be sold mainly on the Russian domestic market.
