He has led high-profile programs and projects for industry leaders such as Microsoft Canada, The Globe and Mail, Sirius Satellite Radio, Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, University Health Network, Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centres, Heart and Stroke Foundation and Canadian Cancer Society, and has worked for reputable professional service firms such as Navantis, Cyberplex and Microforum.
Mr. Rosenfarb is a recognized and well-known leader with comprehensive knowledge of the field, and has spoken at various project management and business process re-engineering conferences. Among other subjects, he has spoken on the subjects of scope management, the hidden cost of change and redefining customer-focused processes for a competitive edge. He was honored with the Ontario Public Service Diamond Award, Merit Award and Project Team of The Year Award in 2009 for his work with the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. In addition, he led the team that took second place at Microsoft's Partner Impact Awards in 2006 for Information Worker Solution of the Year. He studied business and economics at York University and has taken professional courses at Ryerson University.
